After my lecture in the morning, we 1B10 guys all went school gym together.

And i only rmb myself running the trackmill and doing situps!haha!Oh that's Yong for u. haa ! Professor Yong! Our very own 1B10 trainer! He's a know-it-all in the healthscience field man!! SIAM la! come business for what!haha! But hey.Thanks load! Now i know what to work on in the gym! And ur nutrition stuffs sure interest me. I want that drink also! how to make!?

And after the whole long day , im tired and dead. I've yet to recover from my throat infection and fever. Heee. But i promised for the ophix dinner. So i rushed back to Tampines interchange.Fortunately i get myself some sleep on the bus trip.

yeah. met with the G9 . And we had a dinner at KFC. =)

And den, we headed back to sweet home.

Martin nearly missed his stop, cos hes sleeping like a pig on 27.
